First review I’ve ever written, but these guys deserve it. Visited both the Onalaska and La Crosse locations since moving to the area, both were hands down some of the best experiences I’ve had at an auto shop. Very helpful, fast service, and good people. Highly recommended.

Brought my truck in to have a nail removed and tire patched. I had a very pleaseant experience, probably one of the best customer service experiences i have had in a long time. they were very friendly, fast and did great work. i will be taking my vehicles here for repairs

My car broke down on the highway 2 1/2 hours from home and by luck I had it towed to Dee's. They diagnosed the issues efficiently and helped me navigate a very stressful situation with repairs. Definitely recommend this place and wish I lived closer to have all my maintenance done here.

So pleased to have found Dee's Auto Care Specialists. I called them recently to make an appt for an all-synthetic oil change. They did a full-service car care inspection on my 2017 Kia Optima, with 36K miles and happily said I didn't need anything at this time besides the oil change. I really appreciated their upfront honesty and professionalism. They didn't try to scare me into additional services or oversell me anything. The service desk manager was cheerful and helpful. The price was very reasonable; especially when Goodyear on Cass wanted to charge me more than $20 more for the same service. Yes, at the height of COVID pandemic and the spread of the Omicron variant, Dee's has temporary staffing issues. In spite of that, Dee's was able to get me in within a few business days for the oil change. I recently moved to La Crosse, and as a new resident, the 4th Street N. location is going to be my new go-to auto care specialist.
